Due to FCRA/Metro2 violations and non-compliance the Capital One closed tradeline on my credit report is causing rejections with other credit grantors thus inconveniencing my ability to establish credit. Please see my complaint below and attached which calls out the credit listing violations. I have also attached supporting documentation of another Capital One closed tradeline that does comply with FCRA/Metro 2 and if you look at the data missing on my account you will see the difference in reporting requirements. 1. There is no FCRA date, DOFD date ( reported by CO ) 2. As a result - there is no " On Record Until '' date 3. There is no CLS - Closed date 4. As a result - the account is still active - open, and not accurately 5. The status code - appears incorrect. 6. Paid, Closed. {$290.00} written off is what you re ported - merging 2 status codes from Metro2 file specs 7. It should reflect code 64 ( account status code - Metro2 - see below ), account paid in full was a Charge - off, and as the final status of this account 8. After the amount was charged off - and after payment from me to bring the amount to 0 - it was no Longer, written off as you collected the amount due 9. The Payment history is incomplete 10. The Final Payment made - to get to a PAID - after charge off status was never reported, even when CO updated the status of this tradeline in XXXX XXXX Date Reported ) 11. Last Payment amount is Blank - Pay History/Balance History 12. Last Payment Date is not reported - Pay History/Balance History 13. Balance - is blank 14. Balance Updated - is blank What does " payment after charge off/collection '' mean? FCRA/Metro2 Credit Listing Violations are causing me to get rejected by other credit grantors.
