This is the last letter that I am sending you before I take legal action. This is absolutely ridiculous. Your company is literally violating my rights as a consumer. If you are confused as to which rights let me tell you. 15 USC 1681c-2 as you refuse to block this information from my report within 4 business days of the receipt of my identity theft report. 15 USC 6801 as you are violating my privacy and causing substantial harm and inconvenience to me as a consumer. 15 USC 1681a as these alleged accounts are clearly from an authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device. Lastly 15 USC 1681b as these fraudulent have been included in my consumer report with ANY written instructions by me. With that being said please remove these fraudulent accounts that are listed within the FTC affidavit that I included. Please also review the attached copy of 15 USC 1681c-2 of the FCRA for your recollection. Thank you
