On XX/XX/29 I went to the us postal service and sent a letter by mail to convergent outsourcing I made sure to certify it ( receipt # XXXX copy of image attach along with letter sent ) this letter arrived XXXX not only was a notice of dispute never entered but I never received a response either!!! There are two issues here no notice of dispute and no validation no communication at all and were well past the 30 days Im requesting deletion of this account
