An early termination fee was applied to outstanding bill ( bill that generated after I provided proof of orders for termination ). I received confirmation of installment cancellation through the originating creditor in XXXX of XXXX. I later received notification of debt collection on my Credit Report in XXXX of XXXX. This debt is no longer pursuable in accordance with the original creditors laws and their XXXX.
