I paid a debt to IC Systems in the amount of {$400.00} as a settlement for a XXXX XXXX account. I was informed once this payment was made this would be removed from my credit report. This account is still reporting now with a XXXX balance however it was suppose to be deleted. The company is now refusing to delete the collections account from my credit which continues to have a negative impact.
