Experian received a call ( SEVERAL ) When they answered the call in regard to the access to online reports that are free that has trouble signing in they responded with an email that was time sensitive ( must have been 15 seconds, I was on the phone with them in the process as he commented and disconnected the conversation ) XXXX is the number after all the verification involved. I had reset my password for this free account the week prior do to having trouble with there web site it worked fine. Today they gave me a song and dance on a reset as you can see from there reference number above and told me on the phone that is all they were going to do for now then hung up on me after trying the reset with in seconds it denied me again and every time I called after our first conversation and I give the info IE the social security number the system hangs up on me. So I have hired an attorney to look into the suspicious activity as a preventive action to fraud However, there actions indicate that they are attempting to force consumers into there paid program which defaults the free report from Experian through there credit card services they offer and into a paid or none access.
