I sent a debt validation letter by certified mail to debt collection agency Frost-Arnett I'm XXXX, TN. It was signed for on XX/XX/XXXX by a XXXX XXXX. In this letter I had asked them to not contact me until they could provide this validation, which is also a federal law. I have since received multiple phone calls in attempt to collect the debt- all of which were forwarded to my cell phone through my employer. This means they have not only violated federal law by contacting me after they were asked not to, but they have also been contacting my place of employment after being asked not to. Phone calls have taken place on the following dates and times : XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX XXXX @ XXXX I have yet to see a letter confirming validation of this debt as well.
