Transunion advertises that they charge {$1.00} for a credit report and there is a large receipt that they provide boldly stating {$1.00}. In small print below which is difficult to see, they state that they will also now start charging $ XXXX/month for credit monitoring. They are engaging in underhanded behavior here and taking advantage of consumers. When I called Transunion to cancel during normal business hours, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I had to cancel the unwanted recurring fee through my credit card company. Thank you for addressing this issue.
