On XX/XX/2021 sent initial dispute requesting for the bureaus to verify some accounts and shows that the investigation never took place. I know that the investigation never took place for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX because it does not show in the comments that this account was ever under investigation nor does the status update shows that it was ever investigated. Then on XX/XX/XXXX sent another set of disputes requesting information on these accounts which are attached below and never shows updated for the status or in comments. The Bureaus are definitely in direct violation and at this point due to passing he timeframe allowed for the investigations, I'm requesting for deletion. Attached is proof that these accounts were disputed but never investigate. If the bureaus choose to now try an investigate these accounts I would like documentation and method of investigation and contact information. Also attach is my DRIVER 'S LICENSE AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE, with this information and complaint I am giving full authorization to investigate this matter.
