Wells Fargo with whom I called when I received an alert from Experian on XX/XX/2021. The application number is XXXX and simply called and stated I did not try to obtain a credit card from Wells Fargo and this happened on XX/XX/2021. I spent hours speaking with one person after another and assured me the inquiries will be removed. 120 days later the inquiry is still there. the executive office never called me and simply sent a no reply email. I have given ample time and simply want the inquiries removed. I did not apply for a credit card and reported this to wells immediately. They seem not to take this to seriously!
