THE MOORE LAW GROUP after asking them multiple times for a proper debt validation they failed in all of them but they wanted to still pursue an invalidated debt so they decided to sue me without even giving me a proper servicing of a court summons claiming and lying to the court that they served me on XX/XX/XXXX which is a total lie because at this time I had already moved out of state I moved on XX/XX/XXXX I can prove this with USPS mailing address change and/or paystubs.It looks like they just needed to serve someone before the 90 days would run out and they also wanted to pursue a default judgment in which they filed in court on XX/XX/XXXX asking the court for a default judgment to try and steal from me and garnish my wages without me even knowing about this case.
