On or about XX/XX/2021, i leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The sticker advertisement on this car advertised that the car provides for 75MPGa, see attached as a true and correct copy of this advertisement by BMW which also list the VIN of the car leased to me. Subsequent to this BMW 's advertisement, i : leased the car. Within a few days, i : noticed that BMW 's advertised 75MPGa is completely false and i : do not even get half of that. In good terms, i : first contacted the dealer, i : was told i : should contact BMW headquarters, which i : did, see attached a copy of this email communications with BMWs agents. In short, BMW 's management denied compensating me for my losses due to false BMW 's advertisement that the car delivers 75MPGa when it clearly does not by BMW 's own admission later on upon diagnosis at BMW. Since i : have been severely economically and emotionally damaged as a direct and proximate result of utter false BMW 's advertisement that the car i : leased has 75MPGa consumption when it clearly does not, i : am demanding that BMW compensate me for my economic losses. BMW has agreed with me that they cheated me, but they do not provide any remedy to me for cheating me -- misrepresenting that the car get 75MPGa, when it does not get even half of that i : researched the law and found out the standard for fraud is 3X the amount of the fraud and i : keep the car, the car 's value is about {$50000.00} times 3 makes it {$150000.00} plus title ownership change to me.
