Consumer Narrative

I received a notification on my XXXX XXXX that I had these inquiries made when I never wrote to these companies to pull my consumer report. Not only was my credit card ( social security number ) used without my written consent, for the extension of an yopen ended credit account, it was done fraudulently under a name that did not match my credit card and an address that was not real. I never received a right of recission. ( 15 USC 1635 ) let alone a finance charge which is necessary pursuant to federal law 15 USC 1605. to make things worse, this fraudulent activity wont end here, im sure they will send some sort of statements claiming I, The original creditor, owe a debt. Well, I want to make it very clear that i willl not pay that alleged debt. It makes no sense to pay money that my credit card originated. right? This headache has caused me mental harm because the Consumer reporting agencies EQUIFAX XXXX AND XXXX gave out sensitive informationg that they never had permission to. pursuant to federal statute, FCRA, my livelihood and reputation depends on the information and data that the aforementioned consumer reporting agencies harbor. Well, having those hard inquiries and extensions of credit under a mispelled name and also address that isnt even real has now caused me significant damage. my reputation and credibility have been damaged to a point where i must seek professional emotional and mental help. I will attach the FTC affidavit that was filled out. which took me more time to do off of their negligence. I filed the FTC report, i have now complained to the CFPB and I have my affidavit of truth with a whole lot of federal consumer right laws that have been violated. This will be the only opportunity that I will give experian equifax and transunion to make it right and I invoke my specified remedy of {$5000.00} to be paid by each consumer reporting agency EXPERIAN XXXX AND XXXX, totaling {$15000.00} to be mailed out by XX/XX/2021 to the Consumer, I in Fact that you will see in the FTC affidavit that will be atttached. If a swift response isnt made on their end, I will continue with my affidavit of truth, citing over {$100000.00} woth of federal violations they willfully broke and my beautiful exhibits and I will notarize it and send it to the Attorney General and the XXXX and will take legal action.
