Company responded on XX/XX/2021 to CFPB complaint stating : RESPONSE TYPE Closed with explanation Company 's Response DCI Credit Services , Inc.- a North Dakota based debt collection agency has not sent any notices or attempted to collect any accounts/debts on this Consumer. This complaint was made against the wrong company as we do not have any accounts here under the Consumer information provided. On XXXX XXXX DCI Credit Services, Inc pursued further attempts. They continue to break and violate Federal Law 1 ) Claiming that no such debt nor consumer existed in their records 2 ) Continued to violate 15 USC 1692 by submitting Notice on XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Lying to the CFPB in regards to avoid investigation of the matter
