lending club is reporting false and innaccurate date to my credit report. on my credit report they are appearing as a loan with late payments and a loan that needs repaid with a {$20000.00} balance. First of all I NEVER OPENED THIS LOAN IN XXXX. This is a FRUAD account that was opened by someone who stole my identity. I never recieved any money from lending club, I never applied for a loan with lending club and I am DEMANDING LENDING CLUB REMOVE THIS FRAUD ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT FILE IMMEDIATLY. I AM ALSO DEMANDING LENDING CLUB STOP REPORTING THIS TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES. REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IMMEDIATLY.
