I paid my account settlement in full and the collection company is not willing to delete my account from the bureaus. Other companies either delete after paying in full or have claimed the same that they do not delete but do in fact delete when a CFPB complaint is filed. its not right to the consumers who faithfully pay there debt in full hoping to clear their bad credit history in order to regain their life back. And the average person doesnt even know about the CFPB. So they stay stuck with the bad history. Its just not right for companies like these to not delete just because they choose not too. And we wonder why there is so much poverty and homelessness in the community. Something needs to change ... ... ....
