As coming XXXX of XXXX I want to show that one dictatorship company like Experian can define my destiny for a better life with unfair and inaccurate information in my report Like our Founding Fathers did to make possible our Freedom, I will make my freedom from Experian with the consumer bureau As human been and as citizen of this society XXXX Bless America I would like to have the right to sue Experian in federal court for credit act violations and unfair practices for not removing inaccurate information from my credit report This is my last complain with Experian Im a person with XXXX XXXX and with XXXX sister and this if we can called Bureau Agency have treat me with the most unfair manners Im willing to send a letter to President Biden of how this agencies of credit bureau treat many people in the USA and how they need to be regulated by the government as XXXX community I want to show how XXXX American communities and XXXX communities we have to struggle with unfair and and inaccurate information in our credit report Maybe because of the lack of resources of lack of information to fight this system seems to be like a dictatorship called Credit bureau As poor proletarian class I called dictatorship because even with all proof they are the ones to at still decided my destiny to be able to rent, to by a car and others even they are wrong affecting my life if is no solution I will show this an example and send it to the White House that this must to be stop all this abuse by the credit bureau thinking that they are the XXXX I sent many proof to Experian by letters not a single response not even telling why I was wrong even I sent all the proof even they are the ones making several credit violation reports After of the proof that I showed to the consumer bureau Experian keep saying that acceptance now is verified and accurate 1 ) I showed the the last active date were all wrong The with all the credit bureau 2 ) the agreement dont have a signature or any identification of my self and only employees signatures which isnt legal 3 ) I have sent more than probably 20 complains to Experian about this account and they dont do nothing 4 ) this is a great violation act Experian is committing and this inaccurate information must be remove immediately 5 ) they are not investigation anything If Experian was investigation anything why XXXX is showing only one late payment? And neither of the 3 credit bureau match In other words they dont match at all This is completely illegal Experian have done several violations over and over and over and over and not even if informing me with a single letter about my dispute even I sent several letters The only choice I have today about this abuse because the right word is abuse and violations Experian have treatment with unfair practices Not going according to the credit act of consumer protection And didnt take off this inaccurate information even with all the physical proofs that I sent Now I will like to have the right to sue Experian in a federal court
