Im XXXX, I purchased a VW vehicle that was stolen the insurance paid it off, also the gap insurance cover for the debt. Contacted VW several times and no response they said that I owed money even though I receive letters from Vw credit and my insurance XXXX specifying it was paid off, they sold the so called debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX all my information without my permission or authorization, they send out a post card on XX/XX/XXXX, I called them several times and they never answer my phone call, I just received a letter that i am being sued by them. How is this legit im retired and XXXX men, they got the money paid off, and now they trying to ruin my credit and my life.
