On XX/XX/XXXX, My credit score dipped 22 points with all three bureaus. This is confusing because it shows this is due to a {$660.00} decrease in my credit balance with XXXX XXXX. My credit score is suppose to go up with a balance increase. Issue two is that it's indicating that XXXX XXXX removed some type of remark??? I have not seen any remark on my report dating back to two months ago when I was notified a remark was added. This goes into my last most critical concern, why did XXXX XXXX immediately remove this remark simultaneously after I paid {$700.00}. on my credit card balance. That's seems to be retaliatory. I need a firm understanding of the bureaus impact and XXXX XXXX sudden behavior.
