I am being denied for credit because Experian is reporting an unverified account on my credit file and they are reporting it as though it is new from 2020. I have reported this before that Experian is not reporting my credit correctly. They never validated the claim, they just took the word from XXXX. I called XXXX for information and they could never show where I signed for these service or anything with my signature on it. But yet Experian is the only credit reporting company reporting it. XXXX was reporting it but they removed this same invalidated account. XXXX followed suit. The way that Experian is reporting this account is causing me great harm. Its on the comments of companies saying that I have a serious delinquent. The account Experian is reporting is 6 years old. It's the only negative account on my credit report. I have asked for lease with my name on it with the address these services were provided for. Never got it. Experian is the only credit reporting agency that is reporting this address the other 2 companies removed this address because it could not be verified according to the FCRA I sent attachment to show the comment from XXXX, also I have sent attachment to show what I am talking about how Experian is reporting a charge off account with a past due for XX/XX/2020. This is a violation and they know better.
