On XX/XX/2020 I sent XXXX XXXXXXXX an Accord & Satisfaction offer for the FULL amount of the account listed. The 15 days expired for the deadline for the objection to my offer for the settlement. Based on XXXX XXXX non-objection to a 15-day restrictive endorsement notice, on XX/XX/2020 I included the settlement payment of {$1000.00} for account ending XXXX, and {$450.00} for account ending XXXX. XXXX XXXX agreed to the following : Once XXXX XXXX receives the payments of {$1000.00} and {$450.00} and upon endorsement of the checks in the amounts for {$1000.00} and {$450.00}, XXXX XXXX agrees to satisfy the debt on the above account. Upon payment XXXX XXXXXXXX, agrees to delete any negative items being reported to all Credit Reporting Agencies within 30 days and send me written notice of such deletion : and XXXX XXXX, will update the reporting on the account as PAID AS AGREED, with no late- payments or derogatory comments whatsoever, within 30 days to all Credit Reporting Agencies. In addition to the above terms, XXXX XXXX, must cease all collection or legal activity on the extinguished account noted above, unless debtor goes over 90 days into default on this Accord, which would render it null and void. XXXX XXXX endorsed, cashed/deposited both checks in the amounts listed above, but has not held their end of the Accord. They are still reporting negatively to the credit bureaus as well passed the accounts over to collections. All of which are in breech of the legal binding agreement we have in place. I have reached out to the company every month since XX/XX/2020 but to no avail. I have also disputed with the credit bureaus, submitted all documents to support case, but they have done nothing.
