On XXXX XXXX I sent in a debt validation stating that the claim is disputed an I request validation 15 USC 1692g..Im still waiting on a response from the company. also they violated 15 USC 1962a DEBT Collector. Violation 15 USC 1692b ( 5 ) use of symbol on content. Violation 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) Harrassment. Violation 15 USC 1692e ( 11 ) ( 4 ) false or misleading representation. I also marked all the violations on the said paper that was mailed out. XXXX XXXX XXXX debts If any consumer owes multiple debts and makes any single payment to any debt collector with respect to such debts, such debt collector may not apply such payment to any debt which is disputed by the consumer and, where applicable, shall apply such payment in accordance with the consumers directions.
