Back on XX/XX/21 I informed consumer credit reporting agency about the fact that my right to privacy as a consumer was being violated and that they were in violation of the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., for unlawfully reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report. Since then I have filed multiple disputes via certified mail receipt : XXXX XXXX XXXX and have not received a response or correction to my consumer report. They are also in violation of of 15 U.S. Code 1681n ( a ) for willful noncompliance because I have been contacting them for over 120 days about the inaccuracies and informing them about the fact that I was a victim of identity theft and was impacted by the Equifax breach. I am being sabotaged and abused by the reporting agencies who are disregarding and ignoring my disputes. I have provided them all documentation requested and they have not even had the decency to assist me. I demand all the inaccuracies be removed immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress and damage you have cost me.
