I have unverified accounts on my credit report that I have asked to see signed consumer contracts with my name that the credit bureaus did not investigate properly and are showing up as collections and one charge off that is affecting my ability to obtain credit. I have unauthorized credit inquiries on my credit report that I did not authorize. I have submitted letters to all 3 credit bureaus including the company 's and dates that the inquiries where submitted. I only gave my authorization for one bank to run my credit I now have 18 inquiries on my credit report mainly from auto finance companies. NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY DEALERSHIP TO RUN MY CREDIT THAT MANY TIMES. This is devastating to my credit report. The credit bureaus have not properly investigated my letters I asked for paperwork with my signature and they did not provide it to my according the the law usc 15 609 ( A ) Equifax Collections : 1XXXX XXXX/ account # XXXX XXXX.
