Regional Acceptance company violated consumer protection laws by exposing subprime consumer such as me to unnecessarily high levels of risk and knowingly placing me in a auto loan with a high probability of default. Regional Acceptance did not verify employment or verify it was actually me getting the loan. Regional acceptance requested no paperwork such as, bank statement, paystub, or anything to verify I could pay for this loan. Please bring a settlement upon regional acceptance I was a victim of subprime lending. Regional Acceptance has not sent me the original indebtedness in its original form.
