My mortgage was serviced by XXXX, in XXXX they refused my payment citing the previous months were not paid. I went to my bank got the statements and presented to XXXX, it was not corrected and they returned my subsequent payments and advised end my property was in foreclosure. I called their attorney and presented the documents and was asked to send it again. I made numerous attempts to get this resolved to no solution. My mortgage was transferred to BSI, made several attempts to resolve the issues to no avail. Finally after exhausting attempts it got partially resolved. The reported derogatory reports on my credit report and even though I provided all the necessary proofs. My mortgage is paid off and BSI refused to correct my account and refund my payments.
