I had received a phone call from a collection agency of an outstanding bill from a property I use to live at, the debt collection company told me to contact the property company. The company claimed there were damages to the property totaling XXXX dollars after keeping a security deposit. I had requested the company provide proof of damages which they could not due stating they no longer had. I had told them with out proof of damages or the debt I can not pay the amount. The collection agency continues to call me despite not giving me proper proof, or even proper written notice as the company claimed.
