I pulled my credit report in XX/XX/2021 and learned of several collection accounts on XXXX and XXXX from Online Information Services for past due collections that I did not know about. I sent them a certified letter on XX/XX/2021 to ask them to validate the debt. As of today I have not received a reply with this information. I have requested that all accounts be removed immediately and they have refused. Enclosed you will find a copy of the certified mail receipt and the last letter enclosed.
