Kohls charge, I asked to be on Covarid miss payment. For XXXX, customer service said okay that if I needed next month to call back. Received statement, they charged my account with a fee and now have to pay {$90.00}. Instead of {$31.00}. I asked for hardship program, they stated the payment would be {$45.00}. For 25 months. Plan on paying account off next year. My husband and I are trying, but my last day of work was XX/XX/2020. I am not collecting unemployment.
