I have been writing all three credit bureaus since XX/XX/2021 and they have yet to update and correct my credit profile. I am aware that the credit bureaus purchase their public information from XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I contacted the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and I have attached a copy of the letter stating that they do not report to any reporting bureaus. If this is the case this is a violation of 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) in which I have constantly asked each bureau to validate the information and send me copies with my signature. Each time they update the report stating that it remains the same and the information from the US Courts are overlooked and omitted. In absence of my signature to verify the information they have on my public records I asked for them to delete it from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security number. Additionally, credit bureaus DO NOT LIST XXXX XXXX AS THEIR INFORMATION PROVIDER WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF FCRA TO REPORT FALSE INFORMATION.
