My Loan servicing was transferred from XXXX XXXX to Planet Home Lending LLC on XXXX per the transfer letter from XXXX XXXX dated XXXX Per the XXXX letter, the law requires PHL, the new server to send out a letter of transfer no later than 15 days from the transfer date. To this date I have not received the required letter of transfer from PHL On XXXX I spoke with XXXX of PHL, he said letter had not been issued yet. I asked XXXX if PHL had my loss mitigation application from XXXX XXXX. He said no. I informed him that XXXX XXXX issued a letter dated XXXX, confirming my loss mitigation application was received on XXXX and they determined it was complete. PHL ask that I fax the XXXX letter confirming the loss medication completion and address it to XXXX and they would get back to me, once they located my completed file. Letter was faxed on XX/XX/XXXX On XXXX I signed a PHL, XXXX authorization letter for XXXX XXXX XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX PHL has not replied to any of the above ; to me or XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XXXX I received a statement from PHL demanding payment in the amount of {$230000.00} Nowhere on their statement did it reflect that I was discharge of this debt in my XXXX Bankruptcy, furthermore their letter is threatening to report derogatory information to the credit reporting agencies. Should PHL continue this form harassment, I will seek all legal remedies, including but not limited to Federal Bankruptcy court. On XXXX I fax PHL and asked that they confirm by Bankruptcy Discharge. I require thaXXXX PHL address ever one of my points in this complaint.
