Blessings to you. I am a victim of identity theft and this my 3rd time contacting you guys about fraudulent accounts being on my report that are not mine. This has been a struggle for me and my family because we are in the process of buying a home. My life has been turned upside down because of these accounts. This is an injustice for me as a consumer with your company. I need to be protected and safe. Instead I feel like you guys aren't taking care of the wrongs that these criminals have dealt me. I filed an FTC report in the beginning of the year and none of the accounts were removed that should have been. According to the FCRA 605B ( 15 USC1681 c-2 ) These accounts have to be removed within 4 days of receipt or it is a violation that can be brought to a jury for compensation. My information was stolen in a Data breach a coupe years back so that's how these criminals got my information in the first place. So the companies will try to validate them but they can't because my id was stolen. I now will need these accounts to be removed because the law is being violated. I am attaching proof of my identity, identity theft affidavit, FTC report, notarized letter.
