When I contacted the company : regional finance company of New Mexico and Jefferson creditor capital systems, both companies told me they could not proceed with any further information because my name and birthdate did not match her Social Security number. It is my Social Security number! But, someone elses name and birthdate and address which is a PO Box in Arizona. I reside in Montana. The amount of the balance that is showing up on my credit is {$6300.00}. XXXX. My Social Security number was used without my knowledge. The debt owed is definitely not mine. I need help posting an alert to this fact.
