I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ordered off line over phone a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX internet ad in XXXX XXXX Library read " Shooter Grade ''. Called XXXX and gave serial number. Was advised not to shoot XXXX XXXX XXXX recalled this XXXX, since had defective firing pin that could break and " slam fire '' and cause bodily injury. Logged out XXXX to local gunsmith for implied warrantee of merchantability or fitness. Filed dispute with Capital One pending. Spoke to store manager, wrote emails. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX received via certified mail a NOTICE OF BAN from different store manager of investigations and analytics to cease and desist from any form of communications with that retailer. Wrote to lawyer if my civil rights, ADA violated. ( 42-USC 1983 ). Called Capital One Mastercard today and agreed that card can be used on third party trandactions undet Regulation Z. Pay, charge ok Cap. One! Am XXXX and have registered XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please assit.
