I contacted this company to attempt to settle 2 different debts. I attempted settlements and one was not accepted and one was. I made one payment to Knight Adjustment to distribute to the two companies. Later both accounts were still reporting on one of my credit reports. I disputed the reports with the credit companies and they kept coming back unchanged on one of the reports yet was completely removed by the other company. I called back Knight Adjustment to ask what happened. After a conversation that revealed the misdirected payments, I requested they pull my call and review. They never called me back with an explanation of what happened. I then emailed the company to request the same thing. No response. I am trying to do the right things as best I can to take care of it, but then this happens. They are preventing the progress I am making by careless errors.
