I started a dispute for my medical debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021, the debt was bought by a collection company called Arcadia, I never signed the HIPPA act that is required in order to sell the debt, in addition, the collection agency didn't give me my right to dispute the debt. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a follow-up letter since they didn't respond to my previous request, XX/XX/2021 they still didn't respond so I sent a final follow-up letter, and by today ( XX/XX/2021 ) they still haven't responded.
