I entered a consumer credit transaction with Bridgecrest/XXXX on XX/XX/2017 which involved a finance charge along with a down payment of { {$1600.00} } cash. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1605 ( a ) finance is charge is the sum of all charges in a consumer credit transaction and does not include cash. Bridgecrest/XXXX is in violation of the 15 USC 1605 Truth In Lending Act. Bridgecrest/XXXX didn't offer any insurance, they failed to disclose to me my right of recession, and failed to provide me with the appropriate forms to exercise my right which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1635. As a federally protected consumer under Title 15 Chapter 41, my rights have been violated and Bridgecrest/XXXX is XXXX liable, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1611, and also civilly liable, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1640 and 15 U.S. Code 1692K. Please find attached proof via an Affidavit of Truth and Exhibits which have already been sent to the company and in return I only received back a generic customer service response which I will also attach. I appreciate your help in solving this matter. Thank you.
