I fell for a student loan scammer, it was my first time applying for a loan and I gave the scammer all of my information, social, bank information ( password/ password ) social, address and phone number, I'm a XXXX living in california and I received debts from discover and I called them and told them and I filed a identity theft with the XXXX, they open the credit card since 2017 and been using it using my address, I added an identity theft on my credit report when i found out, Discover even send a lawsuit notice to my house, I'm XXXX years of age and I only had one credit card because I never really had a job and my mom is supporting me, {$4000.00} something dollars on my name, my credit is destroyed because of that, they kept saying it is valid because my information is used, which i kept telling them it is not true, they sent me statement none of which was made by me, I need this resolve beca and I recently just got approved for {$300.00}, one is close and one is open use of this i can not get a student loan or any good credit because a XXXX scammer decided to ruined me and discover will not help at all I even keep the scammer number, which is XXXX this is not fair, I never thought to check my credit because I had to learn that when I unexpected started receiving debt bills and calls from discover
