I was scammed out of {$4500.00} on XX/XX/2021. I have contacted NCSECU XX/XX/2021 and they told me it was nothing they could do about it, denied my case for fraud and told me to contact XXXX. I called XXXX and they said that I would have to contact my banking institution and that the bank should be able to refund me my money. I called the bank back and told them exactly what XXXX told me. They told me to call XXXX back to see if I could get an email with the resolution to the call. I forwarded the email from XXXX to NCSECU card fraud department on XX/XX/2021 and was told that i should hear back within 3-5 business days. Here it is XX/XX/2021 and I have YET to hear anything back and EVERY TIME I call I get told that the advisor over the case ( XXXX XXXX ) is waiting on his manager to sign off on it. It has been a total of 21 days with NO RESOLUTION!
