I have contacted Equifax multiple times informing you of this, and you too have failed to verify these inquiries Since neither Equifax or the creditors are able to provide this proof, I am requesting that you abide by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and remove these fraudulent, inaccurate, and unverifiable inquiries that do not have any permissible purpose. Please remove the following inquiries from my credit report immediately : PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. ALL DISPUTED INQUIRES ARE CHECK MARKED IN RED FOR EQUIFAX.
