Bank is refusing to talk to .me They are Only talking to an attorney who has been hired to foreclose-but she has lied to me about her involvement. I have reached out the the " loan serviving co " because TIAA has refused to acknowledge me as the client??? It's so bizzar My house was trying to be taken by my exhus no trustees because he XXXX TIAA is conspiring and not working with me due to do to financial hardships created in XXXX XXXX. Their attorney has stated she has filed paper.work in court bit I havnt gotten. Any thing and have requested. ANY INFORMATION.BUT DENIED ACCESS????? PLEASE HELP.
