I have sent XXXX an Identity Theft affidavit for the American Honda Finance reporting on my credit file. The balance on the account is {$6800.00} I have sent American Honda Finance and also XXXX a copy of my Identity theft affidavit back in 2020. They were suppose to block the account and they failed me as a consumer, Also according to 15 USC 1681 ( d ) Investigative consumer report. XXXX AND HONDA FINANCIAL FAILED ME AS A CONSUMER AND STATED EVERYTHING WAS VERIFIED when either of them failed to do their full job according to what congress states in 15 USC 1681 ( D ) I AM DEMANDING AMERICAN HONDA FINANCE BE REMOVED FROM MY REPORT.
