Fair Collection Outsourcing has committed the following violations : The account had unsubstantiated charges, I was never billed an itemization by original creditor and not even notified about existence of debt. The account has been re-aged and creditor harassed me to collect payment. This company has also caused the following damages : {$10000.00} : failure to get mortgage, paying higher rates on loans, failure to secure funding, XXXX hardship and XXXX XXXXhrough XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX.
