In XX/XX/XXXXI sent out another letter regarding inaccurate accounts on my credit report. I have not received a response in regards to my request, which was way beyond 60 days, I started my initial dispute on XX/XX/XXXX which is almost 120 days inaccurate and unverified accounts that remain on and hurting my credit report. I still was not provided with any of the five ( 5 ) required exhibits to constitute validation. Without that how am I suppose to complete my own due diligence. This is a violation of : 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) ( 1 ) 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) ( 2 ) 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) ( 3 ) 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) ( 4 ) 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) ( 5 ). My rights have been violated! FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ), it plainly states that failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove the items from my credit report. There has been more than enough time to fix these issues so they should be deleted promptly. I demand not only these accounts be deleted immediately and expeditiously or I will file for litigation due to the stress and damage this has caused me but I also demand monitory relief for these individual acts that violate my rights as a consumer. I have a right to privacy and their non compliance with authority and negligence of reason has caused me too much damage. My information was also impacted by the XXXX data breach and may have got into the wrong hands.
