I have refinanced my student loans, thought Department of Education- Nelnet shows my loans closed/refinanced but still delinquent. These loans are from XXXX all of which were refinanced and closed. I have 4 student loans, also refinanced from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; these are from XXXX. These are all affecting my score negatively because of the delinquencies showing. I feel that since that have been closed and refinanced, they should be taken off of my report. I have contacted both agencies, and have been told by both that they never come off your credit report. I believe this is unfair since technically they are still there under my refinance.
