All I am trying to have rectified is for Capital One to issue the title to a vehicle from an Auto Loan. I paid off an Auto Loan with Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX, and at the end of XXXX I contacted them about when I would receive the title. I was told it was electronically released to Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation. I contacted PennDot on XX/XX/XXXX, and was informed that Capital One did not electronically release the title yet. Upon calling Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX they had told me Penndot would not accept the electronic release and after talking to the rep they had the wrong City listed as my address, and I was assured it was updated on the call and the title would be electronically released again. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted PennDot again and they said they still did not have the electronic release from the lienholder. I called Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX following up and the address still contained the wrong City for my address, and again I was told it was corrected and the title would be electronically released to PennDot On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted PennDot again and they still do not have the electronic release. I called and spoke to a representative at Capital One who said PennDot declined the electronic release and she would not tell me if the address was corrected on their end. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for about 30minutes and I was told by the rep that a supervisor would call me in an hour or so. I did not receive a call back The night of XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email and have not had any response either Today on XX/XX/XXXX I called again Capital One again to request to talk to a supervisor, and I was told there was no supervisor available and they would have someone call me, and still have not received a call.
