I have received several calls and voicemails ( this also happened to me 10 years ago - same exact message and calls reported ). Received on my cell and at work. " This is important message is from General Revenue Coporation from XXXX XXXX the LAW requires that I notify you that I'm calling from a debt collection company this not an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please call us back at XXXX XXXX. '' They called at XXXX pm on XX/XX/XXXX and left a voicemail on my cell phone They called again at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and left the exact same voicemail on my work phone and called my cell phone but did not leave a voicemail. I have not received any mail from this debtor. I would not like any more calls from this number. I sent them an email today asking them to send me a formal letter with the original debtor, amount, and no calls until I receive this letter within 30 days. Thank you.
