Westlake financial and the credit bureaus are all committing fraud. They are reporting late payments for a car that they claim they have in their possession. West lake and the credit bureaus are also claiming a repossession on my credit profile and are also reporting inaccurate late payments trying to portray to anyone viewing my credit that I have a car in my possession that I DO NOT have in my possession and this issue is causing me not to be able to obtain credit. Pursuant to GAAP ( generally accepted accounting principles ) westlake have to prove the money left their account if they gave me a loan like they claim they did. Why wouldnt they be able to do that? Because they didnt loan me anything!!!! Westlake would also be committing fraud if I gave them credit and they got a loan in my name ( fraud ) all support document of these claims will be attached. When an organization gets a loan in your name then creates and furnishes a deceptive form to make you think that you got a loan its fraud. In reality the consumer on only come for credit. In all actuality the promissory note was for westlake because they got the loan according to 12 usc1431 Also the credit bureaus took westlake financial off my reports then added it back without notifying me within 5 business days. According to FCRA ( a ) section 5 ( b ) ii they have to notify me within 5 days. Also they should take court case : Court Case : Eaglehart vs Gravens 281sw715.819.1 inti consideration It is inaccurate for Westlake and the 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX ) to keep reporting on my credit report if they claim in the comments that they sold the dept to another lender screenshot proof will be attached Not one law says anything has to be reported so this is proof that westlake and the credit bureaus are voluntarily breaking the law by reporting inaccurately on my credit profile They also took it upon themselves to reage the account after reinserting it without me knowing
