There is an account with XXXX reporting on my name TransUnion account that is not mine. It says it is a joint account but I never opened nor authorized it. I asked everyone in my family and no one recognized it so it has to be a mistake or blatant fraud. I contacted XXXX and they said they would remove it, and I know they did because it was removed from my XXXX and XXXX reports. I contacted Transunion several times to follow up but they seem to be ignoring me.
