COMPANY : XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and Equifax 1. Bankruptcy deleted from my XXXX report as being not verified ( satisfied with that outcome ). XXXX XXXX and Equifax refuse to delete and still write me back as verified! and still reports verified after several letters since XX/XX/XXXX sent to them by me from ( from XXXX XXXX and Bankruptcy court ) not verifying the information. 2. XXXX reports : These accounts on several reports now and years ago as closed, discharged in a bankruptcy, open again, to closed again making my score drop significantly low! A. XXXX XXXX XXXX : late payment remarks ( I do not have this account so why is late payments being reported ), under a bankruptcy ( says verified but I have written and sent letters from third party agencies and bankruptcy court saying they do not share this information )!, XXXX deleted the Bankruptcy! Equifax continues to report this account as having a balance, using 49 % of my account limit which I do not have, charge off ( I do not have any charge offs ), an a open account ( big error ), all inaccurate, late payment remarks shouldn't be, Equifax have closed, reopened, and closed this account, false remarks on many reports before and now! causing a drastic drop in my scores! XXXX XXXX is reporting Chapter XXXX ( not verified ) the latest was XX/XX/XXXX. B. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ( XXXX ONLY ) I stress XXXX because an investigation was done on my open XXXX XXXX account of XXXX in error by the bureua ( Equifax )!!! Equifax has reported this account several ways from XXXX as in a bankruptcy ( not verified ), and closed by consumer which is it? Please delete! XXXX reports its in a bankruptcy ( a bankruptcy that they couldn't verify so it was deleted from there reports )! and so does XXXX XXXX! C. XXXX XXXX : Reports as closed on my XXXX report ... Equifax : shows as a open account on my Equifax report : I do not have an open account with XXXX XXXX! It was first reported as verified in a bankruptcy in previous reports which is it??. XXXX XXXX reports it as in a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy ( not verified ) I sent documentation to them as well! D. XXXX XXXX Auto Finance : Credit bureaus have reported previously discharged in a bankruptcy ( unverified ), and now this account mysteriously reporting open on my Equifax and XXXX reports..I do not have this open account!!!!!! ( Not accurate should be deleted ) its reading I am 30 days past due on this account, seriously deliquency60 days past due or more, verified by furnisher as an open account! ( inaccurate )!!!!!. These remarks and reports are wrong should be deleted! and my scores restored. I have dropped over 20-40 points with this wrong information back and forth on my reports, opening accounts that's closed, reopening them again, only to later give remarks as charge off, bankruptcy or whatever comes to their minds at the time!! If the bankruptcy can't be verified delete it and any said accounts associated with them!! Thank you for any assistance
